THE ROLE
Seeking a Senior 3D Motion Artist to take our visual storytelling to new heights. Your expertise in C4D and/or Blender & Houdini will be crucial in creating animations, motion graphics, and assets for various mediums and shows.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Develop advanced 3D animations, motion graphics, and 3d assets.
Contribute to large-scale 3D mapping and experiential projects.
Partner with Designers and Creative Directors to produce style frames and designs for project pitches.
Mentor junior artists, fostering a culture of learning and creativity.
Work closely with clients and internal teams to realize artistic visions.
Stay ahead in 3D motion design, embracing new trends and technologies.

Extensive expertise in C4D Blender or Houdini, backed by a strong portfolio.
5+ years of professional studio experience in 3D animation.
A strong eye for design, composition, and color.
Understanding of VFX workflows and production processes.
Excellent proficiency in third-party render engines like Octane, Redshift, and Cycles.
Strong skills in Adobe After Effects.
Experience with character animation and rigging is a strong plus.
Knowledge of tools like Cascadeur, Marvelous Designer, Unreal Engine, and Unity is a plus.
Knowledge of physical simulations and particle effects is a plus.
Knowledge and use of AI-assisted tools is a plus.
Proficiency in English language – spoken and written.

Contribute to large-scale 3D mapping and experiential projects.
Create visual content for music videos, and stage performances.
Mentor junior artists, fostering a culture of learning and creativity.
Manage multiple projects, balancing solo, and team efforts.
Work closely with clients and internal teams to bring artistic visions to life.
Stay ahead in motion design, embracing new trends and technologies.
